You're in luck! CHSRC allows members, non-members, and organizations to rent our pool, PLUS members can host parties during regular business hours.
Private Parties
All private parties have a 2 hour minimum and rates reflect a 2 hour party. Private parties are scheduled on non-holiday Mondays. We also book private parties on weekdays between May 10th and May 24th.
Rates are as follows:
Private Parties - $350 for Members / $450 for non-members
The rate includes 85 swimmers (200 total guests) and $5.00 will be charged for each additional swimmer after 85 swimmers.
The party must be for the member to get the member price. Organizations count as non-members even if someone in the organization is a member.
Parties held by members during regular hours
Parties held by members are always welcome during regular operating hours. All guests entering with the party, must pay the guest fee of $7.50/person. To book parties, call at 325.235.7174 or email [email protected] to reserve the entire club, or a picnic table for your event.
For groups coming in, of more than 10 people, please call the club in advance to ensure that we have an adequate number of lifeguards. All guests entering must pay the guest fee of $7.50/person, and must be accompanied by a member.
